Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Plain version: we build automations for you for a one-time fee, you keep them running month to month, and you can stop the monthly part whenever you want. Below is the same thing written the way it has to be written.

1Who we are

“AvorezaAI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the automation studio operating this website and the services sold through it. We are based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Contact for anything in these terms: [email protected].

2What these terms cover

These terms apply when you buy our automation services — through the checkout on avorezaai.com or through our store on Whop — and when you use our website.

If you buy through Whop, Whop’s own terms also apply to the purchase itself (see section 5). If anything in these terms conflicts with mandatory law that protects you, the law wins.

3What we sell

3.1 Build & Run — the standard engagement

It has two parts, and you can start with either:

3.2 Custom automations

Anything else that is repetitive and eats hours can be built too. We scope it on a call and give you a fixed quote before we start. A fixed quote is only changed if you ask for a change in scope — never silently.

3.3 Other products

We also sell other products (for example AI receptionist plans) through our Whop store. The price, contents and billing interval for those are the ones shown on that product at the time you buy.

4Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Prices are exclusive of any taxes we are required to add, and exclusive of taxes you owe in your own jurisdiction (for example US state sales or use tax). Where we must charge tax, we add it at checkout. We may change our prices for future periods, but a price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5Orders, payment and who charges you

6Your side of it

7Cancellation and refunds

The short version:

Full detail, including statutory withdrawal rights if you are a consumer, is on the separate page: Cancellations & Refunds.

8What happens when the monthly plan ends

The automations live in accounts and infrastructure we manage, so when the running plan ends they stop executing. That is the honest consequence of cancelling, and it is why the running plan exists.

You get a handover pack either way: workflow maps, the logic of every automation we built, and step-by-step instructions to rebuild and run them again — with a developer, with another agency, or with us later. You keep the knowledge and the design; what stops is the running system.

We keep your data available for export for 30 days after the plan ends, then delete it — except what we are required to keep by law, such as bookkeeping records.

9Ownership and intellectual property

10Availability

We run best-effort, and we do not promise a specific uptime. The apps and platforms we connect to can change their APIs, go down, or change their terms — when that happens we fix, replace or rebuild the affected automation as part of the running plan.

11Our liability

To the extent the law allows: our total liability for anything related to the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost data or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for example for intent or gross negligence — and nothing here reduces rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

12Personal data

How we handle personal data — including the business contacts we reach out to and the data we need to build your automations — is described in our Privacy Policy.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order. For material changes we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and if you do not accept them you can cancel the monthly plan with effect from when the change takes effect.

14Governing law and disputes

Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with the district court of Stockholm as the first instance — unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring the dispute elsewhere.

15Contact

Questions about these terms, an invoice, or anything else: [email protected]. We answer within one business day.

The 10-second summary

$750 once to build it — refundable only if the audit shows there is nothing we can build for you, and only before we start. $250/month to keep it running, first month free, cancel anytime. Cancel and the automations stop — but you keep the full blueprint.
