Cancellations & Refunds

Last updated: 22 September 2026 · Part of our Terms of Service

Two payments, two different rules. The build is a one-time fee. The running is monthly and you can stop it any time. Here is exactly what that means, with no small print games.

Build — one-time
$750 setup fee

Covers the audit, the build and a working system live in your tools. Paid once, not recurring — refundable only at the audit, before we start building.

Run — monthly
$250 /month

Monitoring, tweaks and one new or improved automation every month. Month-to-month, no lock-in.

First month free after setup

1The setup fee — exactly when it comes back

The setup fee is not refundable once we start building. That is the rule. The build is work carried out for you and handed over, so it is not something that can be returned.

There is one exception, and it happens before any work starts: on the audit call we map your workflows together. If we conclude there is nothing we can build that would be worth it for you, we say so and refund the setup fee in full. You will never end up having paid for a build we did not believe in.

If something we built does not work as agreed, the remedy is a fix rather than a refund — and fixing it is included for as long as the monthly plan is active. If we genuinely cannot make it work, we sort it out with you in good faith instead of pointing at a clause.

How the order works in practice: you pay the setup fee when you order, then we run the audit before building anything. If the audit concludes there is nothing to build, we refund the fee in full. So the order is: pay → audit → either we build, or you get the money back. Nothing is ever built on a fee you cannot recover if the audit says no.

2Cancelling the monthly plan

How to cancel

  1. Email us: [email protected] with the word “cancel”. That is enough — you do not need to fill in a form or give a reason.
  2. Or cancel it yourself in Whop, where the subscription lives: your Whop account → memberships → the AvorezaAI plan → cancel. It takes effect the same way.
  3. We confirm in writing the date it ends and send your handover pack. If you do not get a confirmation from us, the cancellation has not gone through — chase us.

3What happens to the automations when you cancel

The automations run in accounts and infrastructure we manage, so when the running plan ends they stop executing. That is the honest consequence of cancelling, and it is why the running plan exists at all.

What you keep:

4How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Whop, to the original payment method, because Whop processed the payment. We tell you the moment we approve one; the money typically lands within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You get a confirmation from Whop.

5If you are a consumer

Our services are built for businesses, but if you are buying as a private individual, mandatory consumer law applies on top of everything above and cannot be limited by these terms. For consumers, this section overrides section 1 where they differ:

6If something goes wrong

Contact us before involving your bank or card issuer. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both of us time, and in almost every case we can solve it the same day: [email protected]. We answer within one business day.

The 10-second summary

$750 once, refundable only if the audit shows there is nothing we can build for you — and only before the build starts. First month free, then $250/month. Cancel the monthly any time: no fee, no notice, no lock-in. Cancel and the automations stop, but the full blueprint is yours.
